Karen Vieira is the most unprofessional agent! Agent is so argumentative and she keeps on arguing. She mentioned where I was looking for apartments PUBLICLY as a response for our reviews…how are your clients protected? She is the absolute worst. She is the worst communicator, I had to remind her to send the complete offer (she said she’d send it as soon as she got our things because my situation was urgent and instead waited until we reminded her the next day AT 4 P.M. BEFORE WORKING HOURS ARE DONE) ignored my texts throughout the process and ghosted, basically called me poor as an excuse for her effort after I left a review, and she won’t stop replying in an argumentative way PUBLICLY. She started blowing up my texts after we left her a review, etc. I had to block her. I will NEVER work with you anymore because of this agent. It’s crazy how a person who can’t take honest reviews from people to make themselves better chooses to argue. Highly suggest getting rid of an employee like that with you because your reputation is going to get ruined if she works with more people. Now, she’s “threatening” to take me to court because of an honest Google review!!! Super funny!! Please get your employee back on track and make sure your clients don’s get this treatment.

Karen Vieira is unprofessional. Unfortunately, the level of service I received did not meet reasonable expectations of professionalism or efficiency. Throughout the process, there were significant delays in communication and a clear failure to meet the agreed-upon time frames. Despite multiple attempts on my end to follow up, I was often met with either no response or unhelpful replies. What has been especially disappointing is the agent’s increasingly argumentative and dismissive tone when concerns were raised. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve the issues, the interactions became unnecessarily confrontational, adding stress to an already frustrating situation. I believe in fair and respectful communication, and I had hoped for a smoother and more professional experience. I’m bringing this to your attention in the hope that it will be addressed appropriately to ensure future clients receive better service.

Anastasia was the best ! She accompanied me throughout the entire process, right through to the end, with the negotiation and found the best options according to my requirements. Very happy with my new apartment!
